Product Overview - Customer Service Tools
Smartrac.net has developed numerous user interfaces and reports that can be used by customer service representatives (CSR's) such as the POD Update module, shown here. Also included here is the ability to track beginning and ending odometer, start and end times, for each route for reporting metrics. The blue hyperlink on the Order shows package detail for each stop on a route or notes can be entered and reported on if there was a complaint or incident on the stop.

The Tracking menu (shown below) is available to everyone, where your customers or customer service reps. can track by Address, Tracking Number, Order Number, Account Number, and more, using date or date range and even your customer's order number or other reference number, if available.
